I launched this business with a deep desire to gift back the tools that fundamentally changed my life. I began my own healing journey after some big struggles with an eating disorder & a period of grief after losing a parent at the age of 24. I had no idea that in committing to healing, I would also open up the doors to leading a life of purpose through my work that gives me so much joy in wakening up every single day. I hold that vision for you too, that you can create a life beyond your wildest imagination.
