Hi there, 

My name is Fionnuala. I’m a yoga teacher, a reiki practitioner, a life coach & EFT therapist. I’m an aquarian, a dog lover & I am curious about all things energetic. 

I have been on my own journey with my mental health & having gone from being in a place of struggle to a place of deep happiness & contentment, it is my absolute passion to support you to do the same. On my own journey, what I discovered was that in order to create amazing change for ourselves, it is important for us to be supported on all aspects of our being – body, mind & spirit. This is why I created my unique framework – The Infinnite Method which I use to support my clients to create life changing results for themselves & the life they want to lead.
